Duxford Imperial War Museum opens its gates every year to mark Remembrance Sunday and this has become a fantastic day. Wreath laying at the remembrance wall, the whole site observing the minute's silence, service in the Concorde hanger. Following the Service of Remembrance, a historic de Havilland Dragon Rapide aircraft will fly alongside the AirSpace exhibition building and scatter poppy petals in apoignant tribute to the men and women who served at RAF Duxford(weather permitting). The museum opens at 10.00am. The silence is marked at 11.00am and with the service at 1.00pm.
